Non-resident applicants
In order to get the target direction in educational institution of higher professional education you need to submit a package of documents on the target with 27.02.2017 on 29.05.2017 year. Nonresident inhabitants of package of documents you can send in a scanned form by e-mail: IAMalceva@po-mayak.ru.
Documents:
1) Statement on the letterhead of FSUE Mayak (sample application attached). List of specialties and directions of training (Bachelor, master, and specialist degree) is attached.
2) documents:
-a certificate from the training;
-Executive summary; Help about for 1 half-year;
-portfolio on the chosen specialty (optional) and copies (per training period with 9 to 11 class);
-a copy of passport (pages 2, 3, 5). If at the time of conclusion of the contract (15.06.2017), the complainant is nesovrshennoletnim, copy of the passport of the legal representative of the applicant (parent).
After the results of the EXAM are known to provide a certified school certificate EXAM results (scan).
After providing references from all applicants meeting the Commission, whose members will take a decision on the extradition of the target destinations or to refuse to grant the trust direction.
In case of a positive decision of the Commission with celevikom issued the Treaty on target training. Nonresident residents contract form is sent by email. Scan completed Treaty send an e-mail IAMalceva@po-mayak.ru, and the original 2 copies by mail to the address of FSUE Mayak (456780, ozersk, Chelyabinsk region, etc. Lenin, 31).
